Booking & Cancellation Policy

To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation (based on the planned number of participants).

A further payment of 20% of the total booking amount is due no later than 60 days before the start of the retreat and is also non-refundable.

The remaining balance of 50% must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the retreat and is non-refundable.

In the event of cancellation by us (Cinco Lunas), all payments made will be fully refunded.

If the event cannot take place due to force majeure (such as government restrictions, natural events, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control), all payments made will be retained as a credit for a rescheduled retreat within 12 months.

If the cancellation is made by you (the customer), the following cancellation conditions apply, based on the planned number of participants:

  • After booking confirmation:
    A cancellation fee of 30% of the total booking amount applies.
  • Within 60 days before the start of the retreat:
    A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount applies.
  • Within 30 days before the start of the retreat:
    A cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount applies.

The organizer remains responsible for the full booking amount regardless of participant attendance, retreat profitability, or participant cancellations.

One date change may be possible depending on availability and only upon mutual agreement. Payments already made remain non-refundable and transferable to the newly agreed retreat dates.
