To confirm and secure your reservation, please transfer the full booking amount to our bank account within 3 days after making your reservation.
Your booking is considered confirmed only after the payment has been received.

In case of cancellation up to 15 days before the check-in date, the cancellation fee is 20% of the total booking amount. The remaining 80% will be refunded.

In case of cancellation within 14 days of the check-in date, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total booking amount. The full amount will be retained as a cancellation fee, as the room has been reserved exclusively for you and is difficult to rebook on short notice.

In case of a no-show, the full booking amount remains payable and non-refundable.

In addition to the listed room prices, we charge a cleaning fee of €20 per room, or €30 for the apartment.

During the low season from November to March, an additional heating fee of €5 per day and per room applies.
