To confirm your reservation we require a deposit of 20% of the total price of your reservation.

If canceled up to 15 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded. In the case of cancellations within 14 days before arrival, the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.

In addition to the stated room prices, we charge a final cleaning fee of € 30 per room or € 40 for the apartment).

In the mid season from November till March we charge additional heating costs of € 5,- per day per room.
